Once we have created or redeveloped your website we don’t just take the money and run. Unlike many organisations today, we prefer to talk to our clients and still prefer to take support calls by phone. E-mail is fine too but, more often than not, we can provide instant solutions to problems while our clients are on the phone with the results checked and verified there and then.
While we can’t promise to answer the phones 24 hours a day, we do provide both office and mobile telephone numbers so that out of hours support is nearly always available. We often find that people are too busy to talk during the day and we often hold development discussions during the evenings and weekends.
Just one fixed monthly fee covers development, hosting, support and maintenance.
In essence, we endeavour to create long lasting relationships that ultimately benefit both clients and PG54 alike.
